Dr. Angela Ortega Bermudez. ###-###-####. She is located off of Green Valley Parkway and the 215. I've been going to her for almost 2 years. I went without a primary for years because I couldn't find a good one. She is the only primary dr. I have ever trusted and I'm so happy to finally have someone that listens and understands!
