First off don't feel ridiculous asking. I'm sure many other women, not just mothers have felt the smae. Before my daughter was bron I needed the same thing, just a third party person, with no relations to me to talk to. I highly recommend Virginia Peppers with Therapeutic Collaborative. Here is all of her information.

I know it may be a drive for you. I live in the Kenwood, Maderia, Silverton Area, but I would drive down to her. She's very good at listen to all you have to say and helps you to guide yourself in the right direction. I didn't have insurance at the time when I saw her. Just call and ask for her to call you back she will work with you.
If you have any more personal concerns please feel free to contact me privately if you'd like.
Like Maggie said, you're doing the right thing by asking,. And sdon't let this sit. If Virginia dosn't seem to click with you keep looking, and looking , and looking some more till you find someone who listens and clicks with you.
Its important you take care of you first, so you can take care of those you love. Good Luck! And please keep me posted, if you feel comfortable in doing so.
