B..
With my son, I felt him in 4 different places almost all the time. He is an only, not one of four!! He has four limbs and a head, and they all move.
Has your doctor not listened to the heart beat, or done an ultrasound. They would know by now!
Am I having twins if I feel movement in 2 different spots?

No, ya know they have both arms and legs. It can also be muscle spasms.
I agree you would know by now. 2 legs, 2 arms, head, tushie, all press in different areas with a moving body!
If your numbers were on track for one, it is highly unlikely you are having 2. The HCG levels are higher for twins. I could be a fairly active kiddo or it could just be gas bubbles. Pregnancy = tons of gas... Congrats on the pregnancy!
If you're measuring "on target" then probably not. Plus, if you were having twins, you probably would have measured bigger than normal before now and probably already would have discovered via ultrasound that you have twins.
Not necessarily, 1 baby can move about all over the place just as well as 2 can. My son was all over the place and my daughter just moved around in the center of my belly.
