My favorite is thrifttown in NRH but on wednesday it is 1/2 off at salvation army and i have found lots of good stuff at the one in northside fort worth. Oh and a friend of mine loves the benbrook antique mall.
hi all! we are new to the SW ft worth area, and are wondering if you have any favorite thrift/resale/antique stores? we love to scour these types of stores for interesting, reasonably-priced home decor. tia

We like to go to the Thrift town on Jacksboro Hwy. It's next to the Panchos. We always have fun going there & end up spending at least 2 hours in there. I like to get my little ones clothes there that way I don't feel so bad when they tear them up! My little girl is really hard on the knee part of her jeans & goes thru them in less than 2 months. I can load up on jeans for her for about $2 a piece!
there's house of hope in crowley, good will in Burleson and Cleburne and Burkes outlet in Cleburne is a good place to find new cheap stuff! Happy hunting and shopping!
Love Thrift Town on Rufe Snow in NRH, McCart Thrift is said to be good, but I'm never over there - more for clothing I think. Montgomery St. Antique Mall on Montgomery near downtown is fun to stroll through. There are a couple of places in Handley (an old part of FW) off Lancaster and Handley Dr. Cornish Antiques is this place off Lancaster that is an old Braums, stuff is stacked and you have to dig, but the lady is really nice who owns it and sometimes I find neat stuff. Will Rogers Coliseum holds flea markets on certain days - google that.
