Get a Laurie Berkner cd - tons of classic childrens songs and very nice to listen to - a little fun and a little folksy.
My kids are loving rhyming songs and sing-a-long songs right now. But I can only hear the "Wheels on the Bus" and My Bonnie lays over the Ocean" just so many times a day. What are some other simple songs I can teach the kids?

Raffi is still awesome.
We love "Down By the Bay". Every verse ends in a rhyme like, "Did you ever see a whale with a polka dotted tail? Down by the bay!!" When we sing it without the CD we like to make up our own.
"Five Green and Speckled Frogs" is another great one.
Raffi and Greg & Steve have been long faves. You can find them at the Lakeshore Learning website. You can also find them at your local library. You should try that first and find CD's your kids really like before you invest.
I have a CD that my son listened to at daycare that has a lot of songs like that. It's called Dr Jean Sings Silly Songs. one of our favorites (more his than mine lol) is Bear Hunt. I know there's a video on you tube of that one. I think if you Google Dr Jean silly songs you should be able to find more about her.
I love the cd "Songs for Wiggleworms" (iTunes), Veggie Tales, any Disney songs from the movies and The Wiggles. I love the cd "Simply Silly Songs" by Kids Direct. I couldn't find it on iTunes, but L.O.V.E. the cd.
Some Favorite All Time Songs:
Old Hogan's Goat
I'm a Nut
Found a Peanut
I'm My Own Grandpa (not really sing a long but funny)
This Old Man
A Frog Went A-Courtin'
I'm Bringing Home a Baby Bumblebee
Shake My Sillies Out
There's a Hole in the Bottom of the Sea
This old man
Twinkle Twinkle little star
and honestly, we sing a LOT of Christmas songs...just because I know the words to a lot of those. My daughter is almost 4 and they are starting to play xmas songs on the radio and she is AMAZED that the radio knows our songs. It's hilarious.

CJ loves You Are My Sunshine, This Little Light of Mine, and believe it or not, he will regularly break out with I Want to Hold Your Hand, by the Beatles. My son has very eclectic musical tastes! lol
I'll second Laurie Berkner - I found her CD at the library and she is great!
