I've seen people advertise formula on Craig's List, don't know if they have much sucess with that or not. You could also try contacting food shelves or other social service agencies if you are looking to give away for free.

Your local food shelf could use them.

You can donate unopened formula to the crisis nursery. Or if you want to make some of your money back you can sell it to a childrens consignment store but you only will get pennies on the dollar. Or try a food shelf see if they take it so then it will go to someone in need.
Good luck

Have you checked with your local food shelf? I know a lot of places will be in need of formula. It's something that people don't really think to donate.

sure you could always help a friend out, but I suggest bringing them to the food shelf.

How about the Crisis Nursery in Minneapolis?
http://www.crisisnursery.org/ They'll take unopened donations. This one I'm less sure of, but could be worth a try, Minneapolis's Broadway school for pregnant and young mothers. They run a daycare as well as the highschool, and probably also know which of their girls would respond well to donations.

How about donating it to your local food shelf. They hardly ever get formula and there is a need there for it.

Just an idea,

You could sell or offer it on craigslist.org I've donated unopened formula, clothing, and baby supplies to the school district through our ECFE class. They then distribute them appropriately.
