Hi Ladies, I was just wandering if anyone has purchased the Red Fitness Excerciser XL and if you liked or didn't like it and if it works? It is the one you can sit down and tone your abs. Thanks in advance for your input.

Hi J.,
The only way to get rid of belly fat is to do cardio along with toning exercises. Don't buy into the gimmicks that tell you all you have to do is buy their equipment and you'll get amazing results. The cardio burns the fat while the toning shapes the existing muscle...they work together. Good luck!

I still like our old ab roller....the kind of thing you see in everyone's garage sale. But for me, I can't do sit ups because it hurts my neck and these things support your neck. I can use it while I'm waiting for the washer to fill up or something (put my legs up in the air for a set, then lay on each side for a set) and the next day I'll be thinking "why are my abs sore" and then remember I used it.

i bought it, but I soon returned it and go a refund. it's just a glorified stool. Don't buy into the gimmicks, they are making money while we look for the easy answer, there's no easy way...we have to get control and exercise...not spend all of our hard earned money.

I agree with Stephanie. Don't waste your money on that. If you do want to spend money go to the gym and/or a personal trainer. Christina ###-###-#### is mine. Along with your cardio of 30 minutes also watch what you eat with leaner meats and carbs only in the morning. And lots of water! Check out www.gotaqualyte.com
p.s. I took a Cardio Class that gave me tons of suggestions of doing cardio with no machines! Let me know if you need more ideas.
