Looking for a HONEST Estate Liquidator to come into my grandparents home in Chicago and SELL SELL SELL. All of the furniture in the home is vintage. I do not have time to do this huge task and need someone who is honest with a good price who will get the RESULTS I need!! Would prefer if they would either give cash up front after assessing the value of my furniture or have an estate sell held NOT in the home. Thanks

I would suggest going to a local antique mall. Many vendors there are estate sell liquidators who can help, many have business cards with their info, or just ask whoever is working the counter for some referrals. The estate sale is usually held in the home, but often times things can be carried off to auction or bought by other vendors to resale.

Try to get ahold of HGTV and do "Cash and Kari" - I'm not sure where she is located but it might help to get the estate taken care of.
If you find someone - ensure that you have checked them out with the Better Business Bureau and ask for referrals - good and bad....I know who wants to hand out bad reviews, right? but in actuality - it gives you a better idea of what to expect.
