I have used my stick deodorant (Dove, unscented) on the inner thigh pit (?) everyday since my first pregnancy about 7 yrs ago and it's made a huge difference.
& just as a note.. I also use the carefree long pantiliners too.
good luck

I am 25 weeks pregnant, and this is a little embarrassing, but I am very sweaty in the area between my legs. I remember this being a problem when I was pregnant last time, and I'm sure it's all from the increased blood flow to that part of the body. My question is what have you done to help? I'm afraid of any odor that may come from the sweat, so I'm looking for any ideas on how to stay fresher for the next few months.

Wear a thin fem pad.
And you can actually use deodorant on your inner thighs.
(Bridal secret, we spray down a brides whole body, under her breast her back and inner thighs) Even some of the natural roll on will help.
ah, the grossness that is pregnancy! That is the only part I truly dislike!! What I do is wear an extra long bodyshape carefree pantyliner and change it once or twice daily. I use the Summer's Eve external feminine wash and that helps a ton!! I am pregs again too, still early, but wow, it already started in on me!! So that is how I stay fresher at least :D
Both my babies were born in August- in the south. I used corn starch down there and it helped.
!
Use Panty liners
Shower, shower, and shower. I thought this was only my problem...I'm pregnant with my 4th and wondered why in the world do I sweat "there" so badly, of all places. I am a clean freak and since I'm a full time SAHM, it's no problem at all to jump in the shower morning, afternoon (if necessary) and always at bedtime. Keep the area clean shaven and trimmed and use cotton undies. Also, a blow dryer helps to dry up any moisture that the towel didn't get.
Get some body glide at a sports store like Dick's or the Sporting Authority. It is in a deodorant type container. It reduces friction and will help with the feeling of "sweat". Runners and bikers use it. I used it last year on my thighs and even my feet when walking a lot at Disneyworld. It really works.
Maybe you could put some baby powder in that area. I am 22 weeks and have noticed this a little as well. I haven't done anything about it yet though.
Corn starch- same impact as talc, but without the risk.
For triathlons they make this stuff.. called glide.. it is great prevents chafing.. use it all the time during summer so I don't sweat / chaf between inner thys.. u can buy it at running stores or online at amazon..
