i have an 11 month old son and everytime i eat something he cryes and wines and is on my leg tell im done with what i eat. I always feed him and then i eat. what can i do so he breaks this habit?

My son does the same thing. He just wants what I have. So give him a few bites of whatever you are eating and then he will stop. He just wants to do what mommy is doing.
Try to eat at the same time he does. Sounds like he is wanting undivided attention no matter what. I have three and do my best to follow their routine so I don't have this issue myself. If you don't want to do that. Wait until nap time or bed time to indulge.
Start eating in a dark closet like all the other mommies! :)
Give him some of what you're having.
Have him eat with you- meal times should be social times. If he finished his food before you do, put some toys in front of him and let him play while you finish.
eat at the same time?? what is keeping you from sitting down to eat together with him?
Put him in his chair and give him what you are having. An 11 month old should be eating table food and able to feed themselves. Also it is time to start giving him utensils if you haven't already.
