Hi

I live in Brandon and we really do not go to any church, though I do not mind taking my kids to church on X-Mas to see the service (We are Hindus and I did not grew up with X-Mas or Easter). Where can I take my kids for Egg Hunt?

What can I do next?

There is an Easter egg hunt in Riverview at the Methodist church on Hwy 301 and Riverview Drive. I believe the time is 10 am and it's open to the public. I don't go to that church, but I work nearby, so I've seen the signs everyday.

Hi S.,
We attend Plant City Church of God, 2103 Mud Lake Rd. Tomorrow we have a huge egg hunt, with special games, face painting, etc. from 10:30 - 2:30.

The following morning, we have a 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. service featuring a musical/play of the last supper. We have a large congregation (around 800+) and have many people from various cultural backgrounds. Our music is a great mix of contemporary and traditional.

We would love to have you. We are very family oriented and you are most welcome.

S.,
We are not having an egg hunt but we have a wonderful church with amazing praise and worship. It sounds like you like to introduce your children to different ways of how people worship God. I think you would be amazed with Bible Tabernacle on 505 S. Kings Ave in Brandon. We have two families in our church that are Indian. They love God with all their hearts! They are so humble and sweet. We have different nationalities that come here even though we are a small congregation of about 75 to 100 who attend. Maybe some Sunday if not this Sunday you will come and worship with us! I would love to meet you. Our services start at 10:00 a.m. for Sunday School and then 10:45 a.m. for Evangelical Service. We have an amazing annointed Pastor. He spends lots of time in prayer and fasting. I believe that you will truly be blessed in our service. May the Lord bless you and your family!
Very sincerely,
L. Jacobs

We usually go to our church. However, this year we might go to the following.

Eggstravaganza

There's no egg hunt this year because of construction in Curtis Hixon Park, but the grounds of the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center will be the site of a huge event with a free breakfast and photos with the Easter Bunny, petting zoo, crafts and 20,000 eggs stuffed with candy and prizes. No pets allowed. It runs from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the center, 1010 N MacInnes Place, Tampa. ###-###-####. tbpac.org.

Plant City: Bring a basket to this free hunt sponsored by the Recreation and Parks Department. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sat. Otis M. Andrews Sports Complex, 2602 E Cherry St., Plant City. (813) 659-4
