My friends mia moda is really cute. the Joovy Caboose is nice but big for small cargo spaces
I will be having my second baby in January, and my first will be two at that time. I need to buy a double stroller to accommodate both of them. I won't be jogging with this double stroller, but we do live downtown and walk a lot throughout the city. So I need a stroller that can handle that aspect. The challenge we have is our car is rather small and therefore so is the trunk space for storage of this stroller.
With the first baby, we kept a Bugaboo in the condo for city walks and then a Maclaren in the trunk for those trips. Would love to consolidate to one stroller if possible this time.
What are the benefits to the Phil and Ted's verses say the City mini or Bob Double?
Any advice is helpful, thanks!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE my Phil & Ted's. It fits into every doorway in the city and has a great turning radius and navigates city traffic like a breeze. Oddly enough, it's the under seat that seems to be the coveted toddler spot. My friend with twins, her girls FIGHT over that bottom seat. It is also the only double that can honestly fit on the bus without having to be collapsed because it can actually get on the bus and turn into the Priority seating area.
I love the baby jogger. I have the city classic, they hadn't made the mini yet, and it's fabulous. I would highly recommend it. I looked at the Bob also and went with the baby jogger because it was a little less in width and it folded much easier. I'm going to buy the mini single for my last little guy soon.
If you're going to go with a bigger stroller like the BOB I strongly recommend you look at the Bumbleride double instead - WAY better in every aspect! If you absolutely love your bugaboo you'll probably think the city mini is crappy.
If money is no issue JANE (europeon but can find here)has a double front/back, 3 wheeler that is to die for,can fit in any door and folds as small as the bugaboo.
I can only speak to the Phil and Ted. I have one and LOVE IT. It handles everything brilliantly. Last winter, I used it almost everyday and rarely did I have problems with the snow. It also fits in my small Civic's trunk.
I too can only speak for the Phil and Ted's and I love it. The whole stroller with the 2nd seat maintains the footprint of a single stroller. It handles streets and sidewalks without a problem and it fits into our Passat's trunk. I'm sure any store would let you see if the display will fit into your trunk.
