I have a 20 month old daughter and am due in August with our second. I want to get a double stroller that is a regular stroller for my DD, but also a travel system for the baby. I really like being able to snap the baby carrier/ car seat into the stroller. The only one I have seen like this is at Babies R Us, and I was not impressed with it. It seemed hard to fold up and bulkier than even a double stroller needed to be. Has anyone had luck finding a double stroller like this?? Thanks for your input!

Thanks for all the advice! All the models I tried were so heavy. We purchased a Combi counterpart stroller that takes a Combi Centre infant seat as well. We haven't used it, but put it together and pushed it around. It is great! Easy to steer and very lightweight!! The stroller only weighs 25 lbs!!
I haven't used these, but I keep seeing Joovy strollers around - they seem to be sit n stand type ones, but they look really well designed. Depending on your older girl (does she want to get in/out a lot?) you might look into them. I think the one I saw recently was the Caboose model (?) Talked to a dad pushing it and he really liked it.
I purchased the Graco Quattro Tour Duo stroller about two months ago. My sons are now 18 mo. and 4 mo. My single stroller is the Graco Metrolite. I use the carrier from that for my son now and it snaps into the double stroller I purchased. Only a few Babies R Us stores carry this Graco double stroller (not Orland Park) but Once Upon a Child Stores sell (brand new in box) it for the same price. They have it out on display.
We just bought a kolcraft... that you can use with carrier as well as turn both seats towards front, both seats towards back or facing each other. Unfortunately, it is bulky but I have tried 3 other double strollers (i have twins) and find that unless you can spend like $800 on a double stroller, they'll be bulky and heavy. Good luck. Hello E. - Not sure if you've found your ideal stroller, but I have one that I"m selling this weekend for $65. It's in very good condition. Graco Double Stroller. I've had it for a year. it has covers over each seat, a separate rain cover & a huge basket underneath. I used it for grocery shopping even!
It's dark blue with dots & a little bear emble on each seat. Very easy to fold with one hand.
