Considering getting this phone - can anyone give me any reviews of this phone? What do you like and dislike about it? Is there another phone (of comparable quality) that you prefer?
To be clear - I am not talking about the newest version - the 4s. I am talking about the 4G also known as the iphone 4
I HAD one, cut the cord to save some money and miss it EVERY DAY! The wife used to have one, but her employer provides Blackberrys and she misses hers EVERY DAY!
Once you get one, if you do, it will be the last phone you own ;)

IT IS AWESOME!
TOTALLY great.
AND, the video and camera of this iPhone, is better... than even our digital camera. It takes, great high resolution, video and photos.
REALLY good.
Nothing to dislike about it.
You can do anything on this iPhone.
Just like having a "computer" right in your palm.
And, if you have other Mac/Apple products... ALL if these will sync with each other, VERY easily.
I thought about getting the 4 to save money but ended up spending a little extra for the 4s. Don't look back for a minute! For not much more, the 4s has a chip that makes it much faster, and the Siri feature is amazing, I can text and email without talking, meaning I can do it from the car which saves me a ton of time. But whatever model you get, it's true, once you have an iPhone nothing else will compare :)
I have it. I love it. Cannot think of a single negative. Seriously, it is fabulous. To find something wrong with something like this is beyond my capabilities. I'm so thankful for it. Of course, I come from a day where we didn't even have internet or cell phones. hehe The technology truly amazes me.

Right now my 17 yr old daughter and I have the 4g with the 5g upgrade via online. Hubby has 3GS with the 5 g upgrade via online
Love them and always have. If any issues, they were taken care of by apple. Get the apple care... It's worth it!!! I've had mine replaced once in 4 yrs, daughter has had 3 replaced ( dropped in toilet, etc). Apple care works.
Daughter is on my plan.... I pay about $200 per month for the 2 lines, minimal minutes, LOT of data use.
I don't take my laptop when we go out of town! I can rely on my 4 IPhone.
