I realize this question may sound completely ridiculous to some but I know there are others out there that will relate.
I usually just throw bugs outside rather than killing them but these 2 stink bugs were getting on my nerves. I put them out 2xs & they kept coming back in somehow? I know they were the same 2 bugs bc Now I have them in a bottle with the lid on & there hasn't been any new ones since putting them in there. I feel kind of bad for them but I know if I put them out the window again they will be back in a minute buzzing around at the light above my head.
I know this question is weird but yes I'm serious. Do you ever feel compassion for the little jagoffs?
I just read an article about stinkbugs and the plague they are becoming to orchards and farmers. Families are in danger of losing their buisness because of these...so I flush every single one I find and don't look back. They've also been known to get behind switchplates which can be a fire hazard. They are a nuisance and should be treated as such.

No they gross me out. I have not one problem killing them.

Ladybugs I put outside.
Yeah, I do feel compassion for them. Shield bugs (stink bugs) go outside and do likely return. I can share space with them. Some spiders are taken outside; anything scary meets with a shoe. Sorry. I have a kid and it's my mama instinct. Flies, too. Squish. I am handy with a paper towel. No remorse for scary spiders and flies. Or mosquitoes. They enter my space-- hasta la bye bye!
Any bug who finds his way into my house is a dead bug.

But, I can't stand a palmetto bug, or a spider in the house. So, they get squashed.

yes yes YES! except for spiders, and those house centipedes and wasps...but yes, i am a sucker and try to save them and throw them out as much as i can......saturday i had found a worm, and my daughter was playing with it, when i went to put it down where i had found it, i accidentally dropped it too early and it fell in the drain outside that was filled with water. i felt AWFUL...and still feel awful.......i know that's not a bug, but i felt terrible and my husband was like "it's a worm for goodness sake!" lol

Not weird at all. This shows you have compassion and you are a decent person. I put bugs out all of the time. Did you know stink bugs eat other insects such as fleas. Do you have pets? Maybe they want to help you out. Make sure all your screens are secure so the little guys can't get back in.
