For last 2 times my dishwasher is not cleaning only glasses,I mean every other thing is clean but glasses have that cloudy look,any suggestions,Do you think I can add little bit of vinegar along with dish detergent in it,please let me know any new ideas.THANKS
There is a dishwasher cleaner that should be used once a month, or depending on the amounts of washes you use. I know this may sound silly but the same thing happened to me. My problem: I was out of salt in my water softner. All my glasses were cloudy. I added salt and by the 3 wash we were back to normal!
LEMISHINE! It works wonders! We don't have a water softener, so our glasses had that milky look to them. I started putting Lemishine powder in every time I washed and my glasses look like brand new!
I put Tang yes i know it's what we drink but it works wonders. My glasses came out clean.
Vinegar might help. We ran Dishwasher Magic in ours which helped a lot. We got it from the hardware store.
There should be a spot to put in a rinsing agent... you can try that.
If you have softened water, add less soap.
Are you using liquid or gel detergent? Our appliance guy advised us to ALWAYS use powder or packs. (Opposite of washers, which should always use liquid!). There is also a dishwasher cleaning product you can buy and run a cycle with it.
