We have a brand new baby (#3) who is quite sensitive to spices and beans. This has left me looking for new dinner ideas that are easy to prepare, because most of our regular "easy" meals have spices or beans or both. Do you have any ideas you are willing to share? Thank you in advance.

So What Happened?

To clarify, she is 8 weeks old and it is the breast milk that upsets her. Marinara sauce is too spicy, so basically no spices for her.

Is this because you are breastfeeding or is baby old enough to eat?
So depending.....
tacos (don't use the spice mix)
spaghetti w/plain marinara sauce
taco salad (again don't use spice blend when making ground beef)
hamburgers
steak, mashed potatoes
pasta w/chicken & cream sauce
chicken breast (sauted in pan or bbq'd - no sauce), w/corn & salad
ribs (leave off the sauce for you & baby if you're breastfeeding)
pizza homemade w/plain (non-spicy sauce) & veggies
soup (bland) & bread

Please provide some additional details. Is your baby old enough to be eating foods? are you feeding the spices and beans to the baby? Or is it a really brand new baby and YOU are eating the spices and beans which is affecting your b'milk?

I make almost NOTHING with spices or beans..... so if you provide some more details I will be more than happy to give you some ideas.
