Digital Picture Frames

I'm thinking of buying my husband a digital picture frame for his birthday in a few weeks. However, I know very little about them. If anyone has any suggestions on what to look for, what to stay away from, or has a specfic recommendation I would greatly appreciate it. Unfortunately my husband is the technology guy in our family so I'm at a loss when purchasing these things on my own. Thanks for any thoughts/ideas.

What can I do next?

It depends on what you care to spend and how often you will actually change the photos on it. I offer other affordable options, such as a "page frame" - which allows you to scrapbook a favorite set of photos and then change the page as you prefer, placing the finished/displayed one into your scrapbooked album, while having another framed on the wall or a table. I also offer Digital Storybooks that are awesome. Please see my mom-owned business website at www.mycmsite.com/mindynemoff

I have one that was around $150-. With the kind that cost more you have more options. Mine comes with a remote and I have approx. 250-300 pictures (can do more)that rotate all the time showing 4 pics at a time or you can do one or two at a time or no rotation at all! I love mine so good luck. Mine is a 7" Polariod digital frame.

I got one for christmas... a pandigital brand purchased at Kohls... very nice & easy to use. I just download pics right from my computer and had lots of features that I have not even tried yet.. like adding music & videos.

Make sure you get one that you can download the pictures onto. We have one that you have to leave the memory card in. It stinks because we forget to take it out when we want to use the camera. I never use the frame for that specific reason. The digital frames are really expensive too. You're probably going to spend at least $150 for a good one.

I always go to amazon.com and look at what I am thinking of buying and read the reviews. This has always been a big help.
