I am looking for a good orthodontist for my daughter who is 8 yr. old. I have been to two orthodontists and I have heard different opinions. The first one told me that my daughter needs an expander (a cemented one) in her upper jaw plus braces for up to 18 months and the second told me she doesn't need an expander but only braces...The first orthodontist told us the cost it will be around $1700 for the first phase and the second one told us $2150 (after the insurance pays).My daughter still has many of her baby teeth...Does anybody know a good orthodontist in Keller, TX?!
Dr Lustig is great. My 13 year old daughter just got her braces off and I have had mine on for 9 mnths. We both love him and his staff.
We go to Dr. Tamara Miller, and love her! Not only is her staff so sweet, but the office is completely geared toward children. They have an incentive program to keep your child wanting to brush, floss and not break their brackets(orthobucks). At the end of the phase, they get to choose gift cards to Target, Gamestop, and more. They also give your child a teddy bear to hold during procedures. My son looks forward to his appointments, which is coming from a child who used to scream when anyone came near his mouth. I take my 15 year old son to McReynolds Orthodontics in Keller, across from Keller Town Center, and we're very happy with him and his office staff. His prices seem to be pretty average too so I don't feel we're being overcharged. Good luck!

I second that!! My daughters are both seeing him. One is 8 and he is monitoring her progress. Originally he thought she may need and expander. He said lets wait and see what happens over the next 6 months and we will reevaluate. Her adult teeth have now come in the front and there is enough room. He is a father and we LOVE him!!
