I am looking for an awesome deoderant from a company that does not test on animals (so Dove and Secret and such are out...) I have tried natural deoderants and the crystals before, and I do like them for the winter, but they just don't cut it in the summer. I live in Georgia, so I do need a true antipersperant, at least for the summers. Anyone have any suggestions?

What can I do next?

I use Tom's of Maine and love it. They have one deodorant that is all natural and I use this in summer. Then they have one that's still better than most, but still an antiperspirant strong enough for summer, so I use that one when needed. Both by Tom's of Maine.

Thai Crystals and Toms of Maine some of the best I hear from PETA friends. Yeah I dont like PETA or support them but I have PETA friends. If you can get it to load, which it take me a while, PETA.ORG has a list of beauty care items that are animal cruelty free. They even have an essential oil recipe you can make at home but they wont stop you from sweating

I tried Tom's of Maine but I find it's not very effective and I have to reapply A LOT. It's not a true antiperspirant, just a deodorant. I have to keep one in my purse and that's not always convenient! I'll be interested in other responses to your post.

Please don't use an antiperspirant - they are dangerous. Sweating is how your body cools itself,a nd deliberately blocking your sweat glands is asking for trouble.
I live in south Louisiana and Tom's of Maine deodorant (not antiperspirant)works great for me, even in summer.

I live in central Texas where the humidity is always in the 80% from spring through the fall.. No one can imagine how easy it is to catch a rolling sweat down here.

I have never found anything to work as well as the Clinical Strength Secret. You must follow the directions..

For brides marrying in the summer, we spray them down with the Right Guard Sport (unscented), under their breast, between their legs, behind their knees, under their bottoms,. lower backs.. because otherwise they melt in those gowns and petticoats, just walking from the church to the car.. ..

Other wise, Use Toms and try some powders and see if that will work.
