What is the website that we go on to find if you dentist is good dentist or bad one?
This is a great question. I know you can contact the state license board and they will provide you with information re. a dentist and if they are a peds. licensed dentist and if they are complaints against them.

Honestly, I couldn't find a website that does that. Your best bet is to talk to friends and family and get word of mouth references.
