Special beginnings which is close to 143rd and Mur-Len is good. We have had kids there for the last 6 years.
I am looking for a reputable and reliable daycare for my 18 month old son. All of them promise a clean environment and a loving atmosphere. But how do I decipher between the real and the fake? I do need help in this direction. I had asked this question almost a month back but got no concrete replies. Kindly help.

I would go through Daycare Connection. Here is their website...http://www.daycareconnection.org Once you get a list from them do your research and interview the providers. Be sure to check with at least three refrences as well. I hope this helps:-)
If you are still looking for someone let me know and I can give you the name of who we take my son to. She just said this week that one of her little girls is leaving because of dad's job, so she has an opening. She is right at K7 and Harold and has a pretty small group of about 5-6 kids. We interviewed around 15 in home providers around here, and she was definitely the best out of all of them. If you want anymore info please let me know!
i can give you the number to my lady, who is amazing, she is on loula street near the courthouse. if that is convenient maybe you might want to talk to her. she is an in-home daycare. send me a message if you're interested. my son is now in preschool/daycare, and the only way i can tell you to find one you like is to go visit them. during the day, while they have kids, and talk to the teachers. there are SO many, and most of them are just fine. kids are happy, they have a fine curriculum, routine, good teachers...mostly it will just come down to your personal preferences...
Hi there, are you wanting in-home daycare, or a daycare center? If you want in-home, I can recommend my daycare lady, who is nothing short of FABULOUS! She has a few openings right now. Please email me and I'll get you her information. ____@____.com luck!

most daycares will let you observe and see how things run in their facility. Just talk to the director and let them know you have reservations about leaving your child and want to see how things go in the class he would be in. It helps to have an idea of what your child will be doing while you are gone and how the teachers react to the kids.
