i'm all for having men on this site, but if some of you men are tired of hearing the women complain, i found a site for dads. or if some of you mom's want to go and see what men think... its called daddypedia. its from the uk. it doesn't look like its really active.. but.. i was reading the post about men on this site to my fiance and he just randomly asked if there was a daddypedia, so i decided i'd google it.

please men, don't take this as me telling you to get out. i love having you here. i just wanted to give that information for everyone, since there was recent discussion about things like this.

so i guess i need to add a question... would any of you moms and dads visit daddypedia?

What can I do next?

I would love to read through mens questions and answers to get some insight in to how men think and feel about things. That fascinates me.

I'm going to look too. I know at least two women that ought to give me flowers for just saying that. ;-))

Thanks for looking it up.

Good luck to you and yours.

ABM- Sure, I may have a grammar error or so, but I am not trying to run a website. =)

Interesting.
It seems really rudimentary right now.
But sure, a Daddy site is needed.

Love having the dad's here as well.
Mamapedia is not just for "Moms."

I think this is something most men don't give a rip about and that is perhaps why it's not so active. You will find a car or sports site pretty active w/ men but not women. That's just the difference in men/women. It's kinda like men don't go out for lunch w/ their buddies but women do.

Beth...I bet if I go back and read your posts, I could find grammar errors, lol. .....women!! :)

I don't think my husband would be interested in it and I don't think I would use their site. I will however take a peek!

Im sure the majority of participants on a daddy site would still be women. The men would only be there waiting for a single mom to hit on most likely. Men have a way of twisting things into their favor The majority of men that would even take the time to visit daddypedia sites would probably be gay couples rearing children would be my guess. I know neither of my hubbys would be interested in a child rearing site... we are their best teacher, seriously.

I may read the questions, but I would not respond to them. It is for DADS to ask questions of each other.

I just visited that site. It is a joke compare to this site. Seriously, there is nothing "pedia" about it. I don't think it is in men to be daddies like we are mommies. Some people are just good at sports and fixing cars.. and have the passion for it.. and some are just good at being moms. Don't get me wrong, I've seen dads who are excellent moms.. LOL.
