Maybe she's eating and drinking faster than before and swallowing a lot more air? My youngest puked after every feeding for about 7 months... no one wanted to hold him unless it was face out because it was projectile to the max most of the time.... and that was just from nursing. Naturally I wouldnt lay him down to sleep or left unattended until I knew he did his projectile otherwise I would be scared he would choke on it. It did go away tho. He was a crazy nurser, like it was the last boob he might ever see, so I think a lot of it was air and just the plain old normal immature digestive system working together.
