My husband and I are seriously considering purchasing the 2006 SunRay Premium Playground from Costco. Does anyone have this (or last year's model)? Anyone who can comment on the overall quality, ease of installation, and overall happiness would be appreciated.
My daughter's in-home daycare provider just bought one last Friday. They put it together over the weekend and they love it. She said it took them 1/2 day Sat, 2 hrs on Sunday and 1.5 hrs today - easy to put together.

Saw your post and thought I would respond. We have the Costco playground from last year and this year's is even better looking. It is very high quality and the kids love it. It is a lot of work to install and Rainbow will not help you. You need serious power tools and lots of batteries and patience...it took about 30 very total well qualified man hours for my husband and his friend to install. You definitily need two people to help hold and assemble the larger pieces. Also need to follow instructions very carefully. Its definitely a good buy if you can manage the installation, otherwise, you have few alternatives at this great price!

A neighbor said it took 8 hrs to put it together and a carpenter friend was the one that assembled it. Hope your husband is handy - otherwise no other complaints.
We have last year's Sunray Model. We put it in in July and it held up beautifully through the winter. Three other families in our neighborhood have it also. It took my husband and two other guys about 10 hours to put together. Getting it level was the hardest part. It is very sturdy and just as high of quality as the ones from the Rainbow store. I saw this years with the tire swing under it-very nice! Good luck!
