yes you probably did! usually you can ovulate anywhere between 12 to 16 day on your cycle.... clomid really makes you feel all the cramping because it stimulates your ovaries! good luck to you!
I took Clomid on Days 3-7 of my cycle. I got horrible cramping all during days 12 thru 15. I am now on Day 17, and the cramps have stopped. Is it likely that I already ovulated? I'd love to know your experiences on Clomid. THANKS!!

I cramped horribly when I ovulated on clomid. (I actually thought I had a cyst burst the cramping was so intense) But I only had to take it once and got pregnant with my daughter. We then had two kids after that without taking clomid. Clomid has worked for a lot of people--I'll pray it works for you. Good luck!
It's been a few years, but I think the cramping usually stopped around the time I ovulated. If it's any encouragement, I only had to take it two months before getting one of the cutest little boys in the world! I actually got two, but we lost his twin about 5 months into the pregnancy due to other complications that the doctors couldn't help without endangering both of their lives. GL! I hope it happens soon. I hated being on Clomid, but totally would have done it again!
When using Clomid, you tend to ovulate later. It works by keeping the egg in a little bit longer to develop, so most women will ovulate somewhere around day 17. If it doesn't work for you this month, I recommend using an ovulation kit that will tell you when you ovulate. Good luck! I conceived using Clomid after the first month.
Hi R.,
I took clomid for four cycles and finally became pregnant with our first daughter on the last try. During the first two cycles, I noticed my cramping was heavier. But it was my last two cycles that really affected me... emotionally. I remember pushing a cart through Walmart and wanting to just sit down and cry. I thought, "Who is this person?". Ovulation kits and/or your doctor can tell you when you're ovulating for sure. Good luck!
I took Clomid for 3 cycles until we found out the source of our infertility issues & realized it would do us no good. But I definitely felt my ovulation acutely for those 3 months. The cramping was pretty bad - and I was just on the lowest dose. I was doing an ovulation kit at the same time - but I don't remember when the ovulation occurred in relation to the pain. But I do remember that I had to get a special kind of ovulation kit while I was on clomid because the medication interferes with the regular over-the-counter kind. I had to go to Jolley's Pharmacy or the University Pharmacy to get the specialized ovulation kits - at the time, they were the only ones who carried them. So if you decide to get an ovulation kit, keep that in mind.
