I purchased several spray bottles and this is mainly what I use for toys or general cleaning:
1. vinegar/water mix
2. dish soap/water mix
3. simple green/water
I also use Method cleaner which is suppose to be non-toxic (from Target). Vinegar and water mix also works for cleaning bath toys, opposed to bleach which could be dangerous for a child... or anyone I suppose. Seventh generation also sells "natural" products but I'm not sure what all is in the product line.
I think you could also add dish soap to the vinegar/water mix for a general cleaner, but you would have to look online or get a cleaning book from the library for a ratio reference.
I just got the Martha Steware household cleaning book from the library. It's huge, but has tons of cleaning tips and stain chart.
