am curious about cleaning products that are not so toxic but still work WELL! Any suggestions. I am almost out of my pledge and bathroom cleaner and I am wondering what options are out there. I have been to Trader Joe's but did not see anything in the way of dusting products... Also I am wondering if anyone has used a cleaning service that has these types of products or if you just supply your own. I am looking for soemone to help me clean every couple months that isn't too pricey!! Thanks!!
The Chicago Tribune did a big article on green cleaning products a few weeks ago. You could search their website and try to find it. I remember they reference Whole Foods as a place where you could get good products.

I purchase all my household products from a company called Melaleuca. They manufacture close to 400 products which do not contain any carcinogenic ingredients. Instead, they use safer alternative ingredients. I've been a customer for 4 years and within 2 weeks of converting my house over, my daughter was able to get off her steroid cream for eczema and my son was able to get off his allergy medications. I belong to a shopping co-op, which provides environmentally safe cleaning products along safer personal care products and nutritional products. They do have a product for dusting. I switched stores about 4 years ago and love all their products. I never shop anywhere else!. The cleaning products work better than anything I have ever used and they are less expensive on a cost per use basis because they are concentrated.
