Ok moms,
I know you all must know some places out there that help with Christmas. I only know of Mission Arlington. My niece's need help this year & I don't really know where to direct them for help. One has 2 boys ages 2yrs & 11 months & the other one has a boy that is 5 & 2 girls that are 4 & 7. If anyone knows some places that can help them that would be greatly appreciated. The 5 & 7yr old have actually been sent home from school also because they don't have school uniforms & can't afford them, so that would help out also. Thanks mom's for all the help you do throughout the year.

You could check with The Salvation Army but I'm afraid it may be too late. Worth a try though.
The Wolf 99.5 is actively seeking families to help right now. They are advertising everyday to send in information about families they can help. They are calling the families and telling them about all the free stuff different merchants are offering to them. Hurry! I don't know how long they are doing this! Good luck! B. P.
You can go to the City of Arlington Parks they have a Christmas gift program. Check with different churches some have Christmas programs or Angel trees. Also you can go online to KLTY Christmas Wish. I don't know if you ever listen to 94.9 but from Thanksgiving to through Christmas they go to differnet parts of the city to fast food places and people can come down and go through Christmas Wishes and pick a family to help. You can nominate a friend in need also. They pick some on the radio and some just get picked from a family and its amazing how others help each other. A friend of mine does it and she gets her kids invloved with helping finding something special for the kids to the family they picked. Its worth a try.
You could possibly petition a local fire or police department for help. sometimes they will do an "adopt-a-family" for Christmas. Try "toys for tots" or Marine Corps Toys for Tots on line
You might be able to get some help for her from freecycle.org go to the website and check out the rules for your local group and post your wants on there, for gently used articles.
