Ultrasounds are VERY unreliable when it comes to measurements. They get false readings all the time. They can be wrong by up to 2 pounds (imagine being told you are going to need a c-section for a 10-pound baby and popping out an 8-pounder instead). If the doctor is worried, s/he will tell you. Otherwise, just stop getting ultrasounds done and don't worry about prenatal growth. There's no reason to have them done over and over and they raise the temp of the amniotic fluid and are starting to be linked to childhood illnesses.
