Hello! We have just bought a house in Mira Lagos in Grand Prairie and are looking for child care in the area for our 8 month old son. I work in Fort Worth and will be taking 287 straight to FW so anything off 360 is not ideal. I would prefer in-home care if possible. Any ideas are appreciated!

What can I do next?

sorry you dont have any responses. I have a great sitter but she's just north of 20 off Great Southwest, so, that won't help you much. I do know there are services online that will help match you with an inhome daycare and you can go to the State licensing website to find a list of people that are registered in-home providers.

I have a friend who is does in-home, state certified child care. She is in Mansfield at Debbie and Matlock area, so on your way to 287. Message me if you want her contact information. She's been doing in home care for about 12 years.

I also live in the Mira Lagos addition & work in Ft. Worth. I know there is an in-home care person on Guadaloupe (across the street from the elementary school), but haven't met her or know anything about her. My daughter has been attending the Children's Courtyard on Broad for two years and we have been very happy with her care there. The teachers care greatly for the children and they do a great job on curriculum (sp). Hope this helps!
