Nothing but abstinence and/or a hysterectomy are 100% effective.
You could be pregnant. Take a pregnancy test.
All of a sudden, certain things make me vomit. I know I am NOT pregnant. I had essure 2 yrs ago. But all of a sudden the last week or so, certain things will make me vomit. My daily vitamin, my addipex, certain smells and foods. If I knew for a fact I couldn't be pregnant. That would be my first thought. But since that isnt it...why all of a sudden? Could it just be a hormone change?
thanks ladies...i have an apt fri with my gyno. I am super worried right now.

Vomiting is a sign of illness before pregnancy. I would be worried you have something wrong with your stomach. Go with the obvious before you go with a miracle. Like Turnip said, its possible but that percentage is pretty low to be pregnant.
People get pregnant with essure. Just because it isn't reversible doesn't mean it has a 100% success, it has a .26% failure rate that is probably going to go up as it is more widely used.
See a doctor.
Could be gallbladder trouble or thyroid issues or any number of things.
No, you don't "know for a fact." People who have their tubes tied still get pregnant. Nothing but a hysterectomy is 100% effective.
Go to your doctor.
Is your back out of whack?
Been sore lately, tweaked it...anything like that?
The nerves in our stomach wrap around from our spine. They can make you feel nausea if things are funky back there.
(I've also had Essure, so I'm hoping that you're not preggo!...Also bad news for me. )
And last but not least, take a test now to be sure.
Essure is very effective, but babies can be sneaky!
Glad you have an appointment with your gyno. In the meantime, are you having any stuffiness or sinus symptoms? A blocked ear can make you dizzy. Just hoping. :)
Maybe a vagus nerve injury.
