Hello. As long as your OB approves, there's no reason you can't workout now. I've been in the fitness/health industry for 14yrs, both as an instructor; aqua, step aerobics, yoga, pre/postnatal fitness, personal trainer and birth doula.
Also, you must still eat correctly. Prenatal, you only add 300 extra calories per day, (compare to what you ate prior to pregnency), to give your baby what it needs.
Cellulite has alot to do with genetics. If your parents/grandparents have it, your chances increase. However, eating right and remaining active through your pregnancy will help you.
