Do any of you can your own soups/stews/meats? Looking for some good recipes. I've been searching online and have only found chicken soup, beef stew and veg/beef soup.

I like this website:
http://everythingunderthesunblog.blogspot.com/
It doesn't have too many recipes but it has lots of tips on canning and there's a section on bottling meats (http://everythingunderthesunblog.blogspot.com/search?upda...)
Good luck.
You can "can" ANY kind of soup as long as you use a pressure cooker for the canning process. My advise would be to leave the noodles out (if the recipe calls for them, like chicken noodle soup), then can all the other ingredients and when you want to serve it, cook up fresh noodles - I personnaly don't like canned noodles, they get mushy.
You can vary all of those recipes by varying the ingredients. You can also use regular recipes but follow the directions for canning the similar recipe for canning them. The canning process is the same for similar foods. It's important to use a pressure cooker for recipes including meat.
I have a booklet from years ago put out by Kerr and another by Mason that has recipes as well as general tips for canning. You could try googling those two companies.
