I would like my baby girl to have her ears pierced but I don't want to take her to the mall or anything like that, so I'm looking for a clean and safe place where they specialized in infant ear piercing to take her, I don't mind driving a little far if it's a good place.
Thanks!

I don't want to be rude or anything but please keep your opinions about infant piercings to yourself, I'm asking for a place in Plano to pierce my baby girl's ears I'm not asking for your opinion about the subject.
Thanks.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

So I decided to wait until she is 6 months old to have her ears pierced. Thanks so much to all your responses, you've been very helpful :)

As a mom of a soon to be 15 yr old, I still, to this day, believe that I do not "own" her....therefore... If she wants piercings...it is her body..her choice.

My DD wanted pierced ears around 10 and then after not wearing them we re-did it around 12. She has pierced ears by HER choice and she does not wear earrings regularly.

Just a thought to throw out there. I still believe if she wants piercings, it is her choice..... Because it is her body. It's not my decision to make.

I wouldn't give her a tattoo because I like them ( yes I have a discreet tattoo, and I'm cool with that)...... Again.... Her body... Her choice

Sorry if I offended anyone... Just my opinion. This place would not be a good forum if we all thought alike.

Have you asked your pediatrician? I don't know about here in Texas, but in Maryland a lot of the pediatricians did piercing.

Any place they're using a plastic piercing gun is as clean as any other, since those guns cannot be sterilized. Also, the gun punches the earring through the ear, as opposed to a needle, which does significantly less damage.

I'd wait until you can take her to a reputable piercing salon. Less risk of infection and damage to her tiny ear.

I took my daughter to a place that had been recommended to my called La Lobe. It's at NWHY and the tollway in Preston Center. They do infant piercing on specific days by appt only. They are great. It's an older couple that owns it and they're been there for quite awhile. They did a great job and even have you come back in 4-6 weeks later for a re-check and show you how to change them. They were so nice and clean. :)

Good luck! Let me know if you have any other questions! I'm happy to help.
