artscow.com is an online photo place where they can make shower curtains using your image, not sure about the copyright-ness of that photo though

You can buy the poster so I'd say figure out how to do a printer for fabric transfers. My cousin made a quilt and in block of it there were printed photos of my aunts and uncles. It was quite lovely.

This way you can simply get some white/light fabric and make the image as large or as small as you want.
