C'mon ladies...my creative brain is failing me. I need your creative juices. I am the Hospitality Chairperson in our PTA and I am putting on a luncheon for the teachers&staff. I am decorating with my Fall/Thanksgiving decor. I want to make a simple, typed sign welcoming them to the luncheon using the words "gobble, gobble".

Thanks so much for your help!!

So What Happened?

Thank you for your help..you ladies rock!!

Tori you made me snort laugh with your "job-ble" gobble rhyme...that was very creative!!

I am going with JessinTexas' idea

And..I love the idea of getting responses from the students...luncheon is tomorrow so I don't have time....but.... I am running with that idea for Valentine's day. All the students will write what they love about their teacher on paper hearts. I will "heart attack" the staff room and have a chocolate fountain with goodies to dip. We have over 700 students..that will be a lot of hearts!!! We also have a couple moms that are writing a song and will go around to the classrooms serenading each teacher.

Thanks so much for helping me get this last little touch accomplished for tomorrows luncheon. You are all fabulous!!

Maybe...
You do such a wonderful Job-ble, Come on in and Gobble, Gobble!

Also, to go off Tracy's answer...if you have the time it would be kind of fun to go around the school and ask students, staff and other teachers what they appreciate about the school or specific departments or even specific people. Then type them up and put the person's first name (or just the statement) below it. Print them out on colorful paper, cut them apart and sprinkle them around the table for people to read as they dine. It would be personal and wouldn't take a ton of time or effort!

I can't.
But I can suggest something else. How about a table tent near the center piece that says something to show gratitude to the teachers and staff.

I think you've got it already with "Gobble Gobble" since "gobble" is the sound a turkey makes, but it also means to eat up everything.
So maybe "Gobble Gobble your lunch in here today! With all our love, the PTA" (it rhymes too)
