I believe it is Muratic (sp?) acid that is used to clean concrete. You can get it from Home Depot. If you tell them you need to clean the concrete, they will be able to point you in the right direction. HTH
This may be an odd question but one of my little ones spilled a cup of chocolate milk on the concrete part of my entry way (very noticeable). I guess about 5 minutes later I washed it off with water. when the water dried it still looked like it haden't been cleaned up, so I did it again. same thing, so I sprayed oxy clean on it. nothing :(
it looks like we spilled it there and its never been cleaned.... any ideas?
Thanks

When you used the oxy clean did you scrub it with a scrub brush?? Also, a great product called Sol-u-Mel would work.

Hi D.! The sure way to get it out is to power wash it. You can rent a small power washer from home depot. I am not sure how much they are to rent but I don't think it would be that much for a small one. They can tell you how to use it as well, it is very easy its like a pumped up version of what you spray wash your car at the car wash with. Hope this helps, good luck!
1) Baking Soda
or
2) Bleach
Both of these household Items work.
Brown spots from spilled hot chocolate look unattractive on cement. Remove these stains with baking soda or bleach. Both work effectively to remove stains, but bleach can discolor the cement. If you prefer to use bleach, use it on lighter cements or areas that are out of sight. Baking soda removes the stain and isn't abrasive enough to harm the surface. As with any stained item, cleaning right after the spill prevents the stain from soaking into the cement.
