Can anyone recommend a fantastic OB doctor in the Algonquin Illinois area? My friend is 9 weeks pregnant and needs to switch doctors.
Dr. Barthel out of Sherman Hospital was fabulous! They have an office right off the new hospital as well as in Elgin by the old Sherman hospital. She is part of the Fox Valley Womens Healthcare office that everyone has raved about. Google Dr, Jeness Barthel and you will find her #s. All the Dr.s were outstanding!
I also recommend Dr, Korzen with FoxValley Womens Healthcare. I LOVED her. I just delivered my second baby 4 weeks ago. I switched to her at about 12 weeks and she is great. There are all women in the practice and I believe they are all really good! I highly recommend them. The practice is located in Elgin at the new Sherman hospital which is also fantastic!

If Elgin is not too far, I love my OB/GYN Dr. Korzen at Fox Valley Women's Healthcare (new Sherman Hospital) 1435 N. Randall Rd. ###-###-####. I had high risk pregnancies. She is awesome.
Fox Valley Women's Healthcare in Elgin. All the doctors are great and the midwife, Linda Meilahn is absolutely wonderful!
The Drs. Kulsakdinun are amazing! They are a husband and wife team and have offices in Elgin and Algonquin. Dr. Rachel (the wife) delivered both of my kids and I really could not be happier with the care I have received from them. Their phone # is ###-###-####.
I vote for Dr. Novas, Dohr, and Coll too! I had a good experience and tell everyone about them. I see Dr. Keith and find her easy to talk to and very considerate.

They are amazing.
In Crystal Lake, which is not terribly far, the practice Woman to Woman is a great group of 4 woman. Absolutely wonderful experiences with all of them (5yrs & 2 kids later).
