If a man is the guy doing the pregnancy blood test, then he'll be the first to know.
Women can feel different due to any number of hormone fluctuations.
And not all hormone fluctuations are caused by pregnancy.
My husband & I had our 3rd child 5 months ago and decided we were done. He isn't able to get fixed until January so I have been other birth control pill. When him and I had sex, he said to me that it felt "different" and when I asked how he said "it felt that same way when you were pregnant"....I take my pill EVERY SINGLE DAY and also to be extra careful aside from birth control my husband pulls out. Could I be pregnant or can women just really feel different sometimes?

ummmm. men can't tell if you've had a hair cut, no way!!!!!!!!!!
I always give it a smell test
Actually Jo, if he's not circumcised, he's quite a bit more sensitive than a circumcised man. Just a thought...
As for men telling if you're pregnant: my first son was a surprise to both of us, but the day we conceived, I remember we both were laughing about it and thinking "Ok, if we were to get pregnant---and of course we wouldn't because I'm on birth control and religious about taking my pill at the same time every day---THAT would be the day...." (We were newlyweds, we had sex 7 times that day, and then I left on a job and was gone for 3 weeks, so it was easy to track what day it was because of the 3 weeks that we were apart). Turns out, I had caught a staph infection and was taking antibiotics. I did NOT know that antibiotics mess up the pill, so I got pregnant.
But my second pregnancy: one night after sex, Jeremy just jumped up and left the room. I was like "What are you doing?" and he didn't answer. I remember this b/c it was unusual and kinda annoyed me that he'd just walk off like that. I thought he was getting a drink of water or whatever, but instead, he went to the wall calendar and took a highlighter and colored in the day, then counted 9 months and colored that week. I was like "What the heck is this?" when I saw the colored in day, and he just smiled and didn't answer. A few weeks later I came home from a regularly scheduled checkup at the obgyn, found out I was pregnant on that trip, and was trying to come up with some clever and exciting way to break the news. He heard my car pulling in, and as I opened the door, he was RIGHT THERE on the other side of the door saying "Ok? How far along?" I was like "WHAT?" and he said "Don't play with me, how pregnant are we?" Then he showed me that he was about a week off from the doctor's estimate on the calendar! I don't know why he knew, he just KNEW. Fortunately, they were very happy pregnancies. But it did kind of weird me out. He is very in tune with my body though. He pays much more attention to my body than he does pretty much anything else.
I know when my OB felt up there, it was softer or something.
I wouldnt worry yourself until you know for sure.
I've heard about people having an almost spiritual, 6th sense about this, but I've never experienced it...
sex with birthcontrol use yes you can still become pregnant
If you are having sex then yes you "could" be pregnant. All forms of birth control have fail rates, so it is possible.
As for feeling something different in you...I suppose it's possible. He could have be able to feel your uterus while you were pregnant and it is possible it was tilted just right this round that he felt it again.
I know my scent changes when I'm pregnant, my husband picks up on that. Who knows. If you're having a period then in a few days you should know for sure.
Being on the pill changes tissue. For me, it made my gums more spongey and prone to bleeding. Is that what he might mean that the tissue of the vagina feels different? I would think it would be the extra hormones of the pill.
