What's the rush? It took you nine months to put on the weight. Why not allow yourself nine months to take it off. Congratulations on your new bundle of joy.
I am working out like 4-5 days a week and doing both cardio and muscle tone.
This is baby #4 and with my last one once I started working out the weight just fell off.
Right now the baby is 3 and a half months old and I am only down 10 lbs since I gave birth.
I have almost cut sugar out of my diet completely and eat a good balanced healthy meal.
Is there something else I can do to get my body to start losing this weight.
I am wanting to lose 30 lbs and can't even lost a couple.
Getting so frustrated!

Increase protein! I, too, am breastfeeding my five month old daughter. I've lost all 60 pounds I gained. The biggest change is eating more protein, less carbs, and making sure my carbs are always whole grain. You can sneak it in with Greek yogurt, peanut butter and apples, string cheese, or almonds.
Maybe you are gaining muscle so your weight is even right now. I'd say just keep at it. Make sure you are not eating many white carbs or not too large of servings. It sounds like you are doing a great job.
It's much too early to be working out that amount of time. Your body is going into trauma mode to try to save the weight for your newborn's milk. Slow down with the exercise and you will see it slowly come off. Let your body heal. Let your baby get fatty milk to build the brain and muscle. It took 11-12 months with both of mine to get a somewhat normal body back.
good for you cutting out sugar, if you cut it out completely, eat no dairy products but eat lots of fresh whole grains, lots of beans, fresh veggies and a bit of fruit, nuts and seeds, you'll watch the weight fly off.
I had the worst time getting off the last 10 when I had baby #2, I always watched what I ate and exercised but it would not budge. I checked a book called the 4 hour body by Tim Ferris..he goes on about the Slow Carb Diet-its not fun but it was effective..It was the perfect jumpstart I needed. I lost 13 pounds total and never gained it back. I only did the Slow Carb Diet for a while because it can be tough to maintain (hope you like beans!) but it does work to help you drop some weight then you can go back to your routine that works for you!
