Hi J.-
Breastfeeding is dictated by supply and demand. Unfortunately, you are going to have to find time to pump if you want to restore your milk supply. Your doctor can help you out with medication to ramp up your production. Even still, if you are not "using" the milk your supply will dwindle and eventually dry up. Try investing in a good quality electric pump, that will help your supply and greatly reduce pumping time. If you employer isn't allowing you the time to pump they are breaking the law. I am also an interior designer that worked with a new baby and I pumped every 4 hours at work. Good luck!
