S., please give Dr. Fred Lester a call. He is at Baylor in Dallas and is absolutely top notch!! Due to breast cancer 13 years ago I had to have bilateral mastectomies and wanted only the best. I did my homework and he was highly recommended by not only his patients (we all LOVE him) but by other medical personnel (doctors and nurses) as well. He will make you beautiful and is kind, understanding and caring to boot. You won't be disappointed.

Hey S.,

OM-gosh, please get a consultation from Dr. Peter Raphael in Plano at the American Institute of Plastic Surgery. I had my breast aug. done after having my first child and it is the best thing I ever did. Dr. Rapael has been doing this for 20+ years and also "teaches" his peers. He has been on countless medical shows and is affordable. Everyone on his staff is sweet and most has had a procedure done by him-they all look like movie stars!! You should see his wife. He also beleives in looking natural-just better!! Good luck

Depending on your budget for your procedure you can pay a lot for a highly recommended doctor in Dallas. I do know from some of my friends that they have had good outcome from the Regional Plastic Surgery Center just off the George Bush freeway (towards Firewheel Mall in Garland) http://www.create-beauty.com/
I'm also thinking about having the procedure and will definitely go there!

Good luck to you!

Yes S. everything seems to go south after having children.lol!!! My mother just had breast surgery after having a double mastecomy over the summer. She was referred to a Dr. Bruce Byrne in Rockwall on Ridge Rd. I went to all her visits with her and he is a great doctor. Im sure he has free consultations. Here is his # ###-###-####. Good luck!

S.,
I used Dr. Joseph Little in Plano. I had this done 10 yrs ago. I had 2 more children AFTER the surgery, and was able to breast feed both of them. But I did have one implant leak (saline) after 8 mos. of breast feeding. Since the leak was due to product defect,I had both implants replaced, in 2005. I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Little and his staff.
Good luck
