Booster Seat for Feeding

I also wanted something that wasn't huge and I wanted it to be easy to clean. I got this one and am very happy with it!

It's great - cleans easily and it has a 5 point harness for when they're younger. You can take off the back and part of the harness for when your daughter is older and want just to use it as a booster seat.

We also have the Fisher Price Healthy Care one... love that it's portable. We go to friends houses every week and just take it along with us. It can strap to a chair or just sit on the floor if everyone else is sitting on the floor!

We bought it originally for our now 4yo, and are now using it for our 18mo. We took it with us when we went on vacation, which was really helpful for feeding in the hotel, and when we stayed at my aunts house!

It's very durable and easy to clean.

instead of a high chair or booster seat (and you didn't say how old your daughter is) we bought a seat that attached to our table: it was great because it had the safety features of a high chair (buckles to keep her in etc) but she was right at the table with us! when she was old enough to be trying to climb out on her own, we graduated to a regular chair (booster seats can be kind of precarious) -

I had the First Years high chair that goes on a regular chair. It was great. When our little guy first started eating solidswe used it and it could recline almost all the way back which made it easier to feed him.

It also held up very well and was easy to clean.

When my daughter was about 9 months old and still not crawling I was given a travel booster like the The First Years Swing Tray Portable Booster Seat. I never thought I would want one of those but it became the thing we couldn't live without. My sister-in-law bought the Fisher-Price Healthy Care Deluxe Booster Seat for travel (it has a cover for the tray so you can clean it when you get home) and I noticed she has it strapped to her chair for her now 2 year old.
The one you picked out is nice and looks comfy, but I lean towards on that would also work for travel. Thanksgiving at a family members who doesn't have a high chair, those random restaurants that don't have high chairs (we actually went to a place that only had 2 high chairs, I was so glad I traveled with my chair), etc. So much easier to clean and once they are mobile they don't sit in them long enough that they need to cushion.
You may want to put a towel or blanket (my mom uses a light rug) under the booster so food doesn't get stuck or stain your chair.

I really like the saftey first brand i have a lot of their products. and the chair attaching boosters are great plus kids get in the habbit of always being at the table to eat. that will save you alot of greif.

I'm not sure what booster seats are good, but I have another suggestion, we bought a high chair that sits on your dining chairs (or anywhere else) its small and compact and really easy to travel with. We love it. Its only around $60 and its wonderful! Good luck and I hope you find what you need!

We have The First Years seat that we first put my daughter in when she was about 4-5 months. Now she's 3 and still in it, just now almost outgrowing it. In the last year, she has mostly used it as a booster without the tray. We've been very happy with it. The cover is easily removable and washable, and the rest is plastic so it's easily cleanable.

another vote for the fisher price booster. works great, good quality. friend brought the safety 1st chair over and it is much harder to get the tray on/off and the straps aren't as long.

we bought the first years one, thinking it would be great for travel. It was.
But it also quickly replaced our high chair. It was compact, easy to clean, and easy to sit set up safely, but still easily portable. My daughter liked sitting "at the table" with the rest of us. she used it from about 9 months until almost 4. by the time she was two, we just used the seat without the tray as a booster seat to sit at the table.

we have a Fisher-price Rain-forest booster and our daughter loves it. It has a toy insert that is really great for when we go out an she needs something to distract her.

I have a Safety 1st 5 Booster seat. We got it for our son and kept it for our daugther who is now using it. It is a great addition to your dining table and very easy to take with you if you're traveling or going to a friends for dinner. I love that you can leave it on the chair and not have a big bulky high chair in the way.

We too have limited space and I did not what a highchair taking up more space. I first got the Phil and Teds Me Too chair that clamps onto the table. We have loved it. It has allowed my daughter to sit right at the table with us- Only drawback is that the clamps will only fit a table about 2 inched thick or thinner and it will not work with a table that has a "skirt" to close to the edge- for us that means it did not work for many restaurants- So it did not work for going out the way I hoped.

I just bought and Love the Fisher-Price Healthy Care Deluxe Booster Seat We got it for going to friends and out to eat- as other post says- has it own tray and cover - fold up nicely and has three height adjustments- down side from the Me Too is that even on the highest level- my daughter is still sitting below the table height (she is 16 months but short) Before I bought the Fisher-Price I had purchased the travel seat from Safety first- returned it after using it once- quality was terrible- did not trust the straps- and I found the tray very hard to adjust.
