You could also check with TGIF. But if you want to make this birthday some thing that everone will remember, then make the party favors yourself, or preorder them. It's not that hard to do I'm sure you could even get your child to help you out and it's something that he/she can say I played a big part in
helping my mommy prepare for this party. If you don't want to cook order the food and enquire about delivery. I'm sure you could ask a few family/friends to help you out.

You may also consider Underwater World. Great place for little boys and girls to take. My four year old loved it!
Pizza Hut & McDonald's (Harmon) would be the least expensive. I have been taking my boys to Planet Hollywood the last few years. Its been great.
