We are ready to try for baby #2 and are very excited. My son is 26 months old now so it has been awhile since I went through the conception process. Its amazing how quickly you forget! Just trying to remember calander methods to track when you are ovulating. It worked great the first time for us. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

During ovulation which is usually the middle of your cycle is the best time. Go to FertilityFriend.com. They have a great interactive calendar you can use and my have good info.

The best time in your cycle to get pregnant is during ovulation. The vaginal mucus usually changes during this time.

When your mucous changes to the texture of raw egg whites, that is a sign you are ovulating. Happily, this is generally accompanied by an increase in sex-drive! Happy baby-making!

Like the others said, Ovulation typically happens in the middle of your cycle (if you have a 28day cycle, usually between day 12-16). If you track your temperature upon waking each morning you can pinpoint the day when you ovulate so that you can time things better. The book Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a great read to break things down!

Try this , count 14 days from your last period and have sex for the next 3 days and it should work.
Good luck and god bless

I *highly* recommend the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. It will really help you understand your body and its cycles. It's one of those books that should be required reading for all women :) Fertility Friend was a great help as well.
