Best Public Golf Course?

The best public golf course around here is Cowboys (Jerry Jones ownes it) next to Gaylord and the Grapevine Mills Mall. I used to work for the Four Seasons Resort and the golf shop guys all swore by this property. I think it was rated the number one public golf course in North Texas by a golf magazine.

My husband is an avid golfer and he likes Indian Creek in Carrollton.

There is a place called Firewheel Golf Park in Garland near Sachse/Wylie area. We are moving to Sachse in a few weeks and have been out in that area lately. Looks like a beautiful course and I dont think its members only.

It's in East Dallas close to White Rock Lake and Lakewood Country Club.
