Hi! As I am accumulating more children stuff around my house, I am trying to purge items to make more space. Does anyone have any experience selling music CD's? Is 1/2 Price Books the best place? Selling these would clear two boxes out of my house....YEA!
CD source on Greenville avenue just north of Lovers is a great place to sell.
Movie Trading Company is also a good one.
If you just want them gone and out of your way, Half Price Books or any other place like it will give you a small percentage of what they will sell it for. Don't expect to get rich! If you take the time to take pictures of them, give detailed descriptions of them, and post them somewhere like Ebay or Craigslist, then you can ask for more and you will most likely get more. (Do keep in mind that with digital music becoming ever popular, the asking price of Cd's is falling quite a bit.) The more work you are prepared to do in selling them will get you the most money.
