So my kids want bean bag chairs for their rooms and I thought they would make great Christmas presents. Little did I know there were so many choices!
So my question, where did you get your bean bag chair and how did it hold up? Thanks for your suggestions!

What can I do next?

No recommendations re where to shop.
However, be absolutely sure that the seams are very strong.
If the seams burst, it's not only messy
but can be dangerous to young children and pets.
Good luck.

Our family has one Luvsac for all of us. It was a gift, but I know they can be expensive, but I also know there's a clearance section on their site. It's super comfy, soft, won't ever spill, and the cover is washable. You can get different sizes of them. I don't know if I would ever get the kids one of their own because of price, but we love our large one!

I searched high and low last Christmas. I could find plastic ones to order online or really nice huge, EXPENSIVE leather ones at furniture stores. (walmart carries the plastic/pleather version you can order it online and have it shipped to the store). Then I walked into Target and found them by accident. They were with the furniture on a bottom shelf. They are cloth and the perfect size for my kids to lounge it. They were only $20 each. Money well spent for us. I made sure they couldn't get to the beans ( a friend had a disaster with her kids when they found the zipper on the bean bag chair). One cover can't come off. I wish it did. But we scotch guarded it and spot cleaned it with the steam cleaner when needed. My kids use theirs all the time...now 4 and 2 yo. The love to watch tv in them and read books. They still look great and have held up fabulously.
