P.W.
I can easily believe a 7 year old did this. Call the doc. You may need to go to an ENT, who will be better equipped to get it out.
My 7 year old son stuck a plastic bb in his ear, can't see it! He just now told me, his teacher is telling me he can't hear well out of his ear! What should I do any suggestions

Take him to the doctor.
My daughter somehow got a bead in her ear. Her regular doctor couldn't get it out so he sent us to an ENT and the thing was out in seconds. They have all kinds of special tools and can get it out without causing any further damage.
Until you can get him to the doctor, by all means, leave his ear alone. You don't want to lodge it in any further.
Best wishes.
Take him to the doctor. They have extra long tweezer thingies that will get it out. Don't put it off though. After a while, the body may form an abcess around it to protect itself from the foreign object. This may become painful for your son.
You don't already know what to do???Take him in to see an ENT they will have everything they need to get it out. It'll be a waste of time taking him to see the pediatrician they will just referr you to an ENT (unless your Insurance requires a referral)If he isn't hearing well it is effecting him & can cause damage, become infected.
Umm... take him to the doctor to have it removed. Don't attempt to remove it at home. It could be next to his eardrum and you could cause permanent damage.
My daughter once put a tiny pebble in her ear, the pediatrician coulgn't get it out, her ear became infected, we went to an ear doctor and she ended up having to go under anesthesia to get it out.
I just want to add that when my daughter put the pebble in her ear we were on vacation and took her to the medical center where they tried to flush her ear with water, the pressure of the water pushed the pebble deeper into her ear leaving it sitting on her eardrum, ultimately making it harder to retrieve. So please don't flush it with water and don't let anyone else flush, the MD has special tool that can grab the object.
take him to the dr.
It can't hurt to GENTLY flush it with warm water using an ear syringe. You can get one at the grocery store. My ears get blocked every so often and the medical assistant has me hold a basin under my ear while she squirts warm water inside. That pretty much does the trick. Once in a while she uses a tool to retrieve hard pieces. You wouldn't want to put anything inside his ear except water.
Personally, I'd take him to the doctor and let them remove it.
Take him to the ER right away.
Definitely take him to the doctor to get it checked out but, in the meantime, try putting a few drops of mineral oil in his ear to help loosen it a bit -- if that's even possible. You can also call your pediatrician's after hours nurse's line, if they have one, and see what they suggest.
This is like calling the fire dept to get a cat out of a tree :)
Take him to the pediatrician, they are pretty used to getting things out of ears and noses. My cousin put a bean up his nose once.
First if the plastic bbs are in your house lock them up so he can't stick them anywhere else and second take him to the doctor! I cannot believe a 7 yr old did this that is something I would expect from a 2 year old.
get him to the doc he is the only one that can get it out go to an ent
